Total AV is the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with. They charged me 50% more than advertised and have been lying to me for several days about the refund they promised. I regret the moment I clicked on their banner. Save yourself from this annoyance and find a different company.

I CANNOT GET TO SPEAK TO ANYONE PERSONALLY. I DON'T KNOW WHY I HAVE PAID FOR A YEAR OF ANTIVIRUS PRO AS WELL AS FOR UNLIMITED DEVICES, I THOUGHT THIS WAS ALL INCLUDED. ALSO, YOU KEEP TELLING ME THAT MY TRIAL OF ANTIVIRUS PRO EXPIRES IN 7 DAYS WHEN I HAVE JUST PAID FOR ANOTHER YEAR! I AM NOT HAPPY.

Does a very credible job of blocking those annoying/aggravating/noxious ads! Do you despise those things as much as I do?!? If so, and based on the initial comment, get this little app. It functions seamlessly in the back-ground to block those things that cause you to tear your hair right out! What more can you ask? Get the app, keep your sanity... AND hair!

Your billing is very difficult - at least to figure ur what you have, what it covers, etc. The other problem I have is that it is very difficult to get support. Every time I contact you by e-mail, or on support page, I am always referred to the support page which does not answer a lot of the questions
